It’s been a busy week! Finishing the month for work, getting ready for meetings and training. Here’s a quick recap of the last few days.
Tuesady and today I got in GREAT workouts at the Fitness Factory. Both workouts included RealRyder, IndoRow and TRX. It kicked my butt! We did a lot of core focused exercises and circuit training. I also got my streak miles in Tuesday, Wednesday and today.
My blood sugars were on the high side Tuesday and Wednesday. I changed my site and today they came down to normal.
Tomorrow will just be a streak mile run and this weekend begins the downhill portion of my marathon training. I’ll do 18 miles this weekend, the Piney Hills Half marathon race the following weekend, and 8 mile run the next and then marathon weekend. It will be here before I know it.
I need to get my workout classes scheduled for February so I’m not scrambling to find times for classes and I can get back to a “normal” schedule.
